Q: How do I place an order on your website? A: Simply browse our selection of products, add the items you want to your cart, and complete the checkout process. You can also create an account to save your preferences and track your orders.

Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes, we offer free shipping to most locations in Australia Only. We currently ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping.

Shipment rates and Delivery Estimates

We aim to deliver your order promptly; however, delivery times are estimates starting from the shipment date, not the order date, and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please see the approximate delivery times for standard shipping to different regions:

VIC: 3-9 business days
SA: 4-10 business days
NSW & ACT: 6-14 business days
QLD & TAS: 4-11 business days
NT & WA: 5-15 business days

Please note that these times are estimates and not guarantees. Your tracking ID will provide an accurate ETA once your order is dispatched. Standard Shipping is free for most metro and regional postcodes, but some areas may incur a delivery surcharge. You can check free shipping eligibility on the product pages and the cart page.

Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within a certain period of time. Please see our website for more details.

Q: How do I track my order? A: Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online.  Alternatively you can sign up with 'Shop' the app will also track your purchased products.

Q: How can I contact customer service? A: You can reach our customer service team by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. We are always happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have.

Q: What types of homewares do you sell? A: We sell a wide range of homewares, including home decor, tableware, kitchenware, and bath accessories.

Q:Can your cushions be used outdoors? A: Most of our cushions can be used outdoors as they are treated with a water repellent coating for easy care, if the cushion gets splashed, no worries, the water will simply run off the surface.

Our tufted and embroidery cushion covers the base fabric is treated with a water repellent coating for easy care and for these we recommend indoor or alfresco use and not full outdoor use due to the cotton fabric the tufted/embroidered sections are made from.

Q: Do you have a store? A: We don't have a shop, just an office and our products are shipped directly from their warehouse. If you would like to view our products contact us at info@ddlandco.com and we will find a supplier near you.
