Shipping policy

At DDL & Co, we give you free shipping on all items in our store as long as your order is under 5kg which is most cases, so there is no surprises when you get to the checkout.  We strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping options for their orders. For all orders of in-stock items coming from our Melbourne-based warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to metropolitan city areas and 7-10 business days to regional areas and interstate.  

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and any potential customs delays. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can track your package online and estimate delivery times.
