Refund policy
At DDL & Co, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please note that we do not accept returns for simply "change of mind" purchases. We will only accept a product return if it is faulty, damaged in transit, or the incorrect item was sent by mistake and it was not what you ordered.
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at ddlandco1@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover any shipping costs associated with the return.
In order to qualify for a return, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Returns will not be given if the item has been received and held for more than 7 days without contacting us at ddlandco1@gmail.com.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to the source of purchase within 5 business days. Please note that the refund may take several days to appear on your account depending on your financial institution's policies.
